Cruvo uses cookies and similar browser storage for authentication, product analytics, and recording how visitors found us. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site advertising trackers.

What we set

  • Authentication cookies set by our identity provider (Clerk) once you sign in. These keep you logged in and are strictly necessary for the product to work.
  • Product analytics storage, set only if you accept analytics, used by PostHog to measure page and product usage, connect activity within a session, capture product errors, and record how you move through a page — clicks, scrolling, and where you hesitate. Those recordings do not include the text on the page, the content of anything you type, or the details of candidates or customers; all of it is masked before it leaves your browser. Analytics requests are routed through Cruvo's website to PostHog's EU service. If you send us your details through a form on this site, they are attached to your analytics profile — the activity recorded before you submitted the form is no longer anonymous to us.
  • Source attribution storage recording the first page you landed on and the site that referred you, kept for the length of your browser session. It is written independently of analytics, so it is still set if you block analytics, and it tells us which channels bring people to Cruvo.
  • UI preference storage that remembers small interface choices on your device, such as whether a panel is open. These are first-party and contain no personal data.

Your choice

We ask before turning analytics on. Until you accept, PostHog does not track your visit and stores nothing on your device. If you reject, it stays off. We keep a note of your choice in your browser so we don't ask again, and you can change it at any time from the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. Your choice covers analytics only: if you send us your details through a form, we still receive them and log the enquiry in PostHog so we can follow up.

Advertising

Cruvo does not use advertising pixels or cross-site advertising tracking. If that changes, we will update this page and ask for consent where the law requires it.

Managing cookies

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking authentication cookies will sign you out and prevent access to the signed-in product.
